WELCOME
At a Stage and Story Theatre lesson, your child will step into a welcoming, supportive space where everyone belongs.
Through imaginative games, ensemble-based activities and storytelling, children work together to build their confidence and creativity.
Guided by experienced teachers, each child is encouraged to explore performance at their own pace, feel comfortable as part of a team, and discover the joy of bringing stories to life in a nurturing environment where every voice matters.

WHAT WE OFFER
At Stage and Story Theatre, we offer something for everyone. Whether you want to create new theatre, work behind the scenes, perform on stage, or study towards your LAMDA exams, you’ll be welcomed into a creative and encouraging community.

Our school is all about building confidence and creativity. Across the year, students will:
-
Work towards a group LAMDA examination
-
Create, rehearse, and perform an exciting end-of-year show
-
Take part in inspiring specialist workshops with theatre professionals, exploring everything from scriptwriting and acting to design.
Perfect for young people who love to perform, create, and meet new people.
HOLIDAY CAMPS
Our Play in a Week holiday theatre camps are a celebration of storytelling and imagination. Over the course of the week, young performers create devised performances of classic and contemporary stories. Through ensemble-led theatre-making, participants learn how to shape scenes, build narratives, and bring ideas to life on stage in a supportive, creative environment.

ALICE BROWN
Founder
Alice is the founder of Stage and Story Theatre. Alice trained in Physical Theatre at St Mary’s University and later completed a Drama PGCE at Goldsmiths. Alice has over a decade of experience teaching Drama across primary and secondary schools, teaching GCSE Drama and A Level Drama, as well as preparing students for LAMDA, RADA and Trinity exams. Alongside her work in education, she has also directed numerous youth theatre productions, inspiring young performers to discover their creative voice and confidence on stage. Alice’s passion lies in the collaborative process of creating theatre, with a firm belief that storytelling should always sit at the heart of every performance. In addition to her theatre work, she is a qualified hatha yoga and children’s yoga teacher, bringing her love of storytelling into movement and mindfulness. Through Stage and Story Theatre, Alice aims to create spaces where stories are shared, voices are heard, and creativity flourishes.
